Join us for a celebration of a local spring delicacy! Harvest ramps with Farmer Glenn & enjoy some ramp-focused bites from Umbo and The Foxglove Farm!
At the top of every hour, Farmer Glenn will lead groups around the woods after learning about wild ramps and teach how to sustainably harvest your own bundle of ramps to take home with you!
Enjoy wild ramps in a few different ways, with a star appearance by Umbo featuring a trio of oysters per person with ramp mignonette, ramp relish, and ramp hot sauce! Take a few recipes home with you to use with your freshly picked ramps!
$30 per adult, kids under 12 are free!
